SHIPPING POLICY

At Sunny Stripe, we're dedicated to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Our Shipping Policy provides an overview of how we handle your orders, estimated delivery times, and associated costs, empowering you to make well-informed choices while shopping with us.

 

Order Processing: When you place an order, we promptly send you an order confirmation email, and our team works diligently to process your order. Be aware that processing times may vary during peak periods, but we'll keep you informed on our website.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We currently only offer domestic shipping inside the United States with varying delivery times depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You'll also find the shipping costs specified during the checkout process. When your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress up to your doorstep. 

 

Lost/Stolen Package: While we make every effort to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to file a missing/stolen package.

 

Address Accuracy and Restrictions: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checking out to prevent delays. Keep in mind that for certain products, we can't ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering well in advance to account for potentially extended shipping times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Sunny Stripe, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each bow is meticulously created to bring joy to your little one. In light of the personalized and handmade nature of our items, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product being damaged upon arrival or receipt of an incorrect item was received.

Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Damaged Upon Arrival: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. We will work swiftly to replace the damaged product at no additional cost to you.

  2. Receipt of Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may return the incorrect item at our expense.
